View Full Version : Password recovery - uPlay is shockingly bad

Can anyone tell me how to recover my password. none of the recovery links are working. Registered a copy of the division on steam, reinstalled my OS. Insanely complex password requirements meant not using my usual password. forgotten it, cant recover it.

No way of contacting ubisoft. There are posts on this forum about this issue from 2012. what are you guys doing. literally never seen anything like this in my life, sort your act out.

account username is prawn5star. If a recovery link can be sent to me i would appreciate it. On the verge of boycotting this publisher.....

come to think of it, it has for some reason allowed me to register this temporary account on the email that my main account was registered on..... guessing theres something wrong here.... somebody please point me in the right direction, so annoyed with uPlay its untrue, just use steam guys, you are really bad at these things.

I just looked it up in our system, and I didn't see any accounts underneath the username prawn5star.
