on 10th of Jan, 2016 I received a mesege on my e-mail that confirmed that I pre-oredred "The Division" and my money ~60 eur (but in local currency) was "frozen" for confirmation from Ubi. Since Ubi didn't confirm that transaction from 10-18 of Jan, 2016 I get my money back. But now when I check my card's ballance I found out that money that I spend on game were taken to pay for item I purchased but due to exchange rate from eur to local currency I extra played 10 eur more only because Ubisoft didnt confirm that transaction in time!!!:mad:

Any info on this question?! Because previously when I pre-ordered something I didnt wait for 2 month to get confirmation for charging money!

And yes, I know that price stays the same but exchange rate isn't. And banks actualy have like up to 3 working days for confirmation of payment.

Now when I go to http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubiemea/ru_RU/pd/ThemeID.8605700/productID.319657500/Tom-Clancys-The-Division-Digital-Gold-Edition and get to regional UBIshop I see same price in local corrency as it was 2 month ago (1503 uah with pre-order disqount (and 1666 uah on full price after release)), but Ubi charged more, as I said before:mad:

This sounds like a stickier issue than we can handle here on the forum. I have no idea what happened to that transaction and cannot advise you on this one. I assure you this situation is unusual and we would never cheat our customers of payment intentionally. Call us up, explain the situation and we will work it out with you. Mistakes happen but if you contact Support they can help.
