Anyone else having this issue?

The Rewards Claim Vendor is empty (PC). I have the Gold Edition and none of the outfits are available. I've redeemed some UPLAY points for some stuff from the UBISOFT Club and nothing is available in game. The Gasmask given to us from Beta Testing is absent as are the Agent Origins Outfits.

Has anyone been able to acquire any of these items at this time?

same here :( got nothing. I have gold edition, and also got all rewards from the club. Nothing is showing up at that vendor.

I am also having the same issue, I pre purchased the gold edition off of steam and even redeemed off the club store as well, and the vendor doesn't have anything.

Same here....very irritated >.< Especially, because some of those items really only are useful during the early gameplay. Afterwards they'll be useless. I feel cheated.

Same here as well. I pre-ordered the gold edition and participated in both betas. Vendor is empty. It might have something to do with that server crash earlier.

Same problem for me and my 3 friends, All our DLC gear, Season Pass gear, and Beta / alpha/ other uplay game gears are missing. Very unhappy.

I dont even see any gold rewards in the uplay page that shows all my rewards... I only see items available, Items i bought with Upoints, and the Beta gear but nothing anywhere indicates I have received or should be receiving my gold edition stuff...... and yes the vendor is completely empty too.

its not just steam, i got my game directly from Uplay as it was cheaper and still nothing at the rewards vendor :(

Some rewards from uplay after paying uplay points show up in revard vendor item list, but not all :(
Items from pre-order, items from season pass or ubistore outfits still unavailable.
Creating Second character does not help.

Ubisoft wtf? Almost 13h from realase date and we don't have our outfits or weapons...
Those weapons probably are best on low levels, so how the "frog" i suppose to use them if im now level 14?

hi, same problem here. No hazmat gear set. even I dont have rewards which have been check in reward section in Uplay with my uplay units.

I got nothing...

Hazmat Set:
Hazmat outfit / Hazmat Go-Bag (with increased Health Skills) / POF P416 Assault Rifle (+ Skin) > Which is a standard pre-order bonus.

National Guard Set:
National Guard outfit / Go Bag (with increased Armor Perk) / POF P416 Assault Rifle (+ Skin) > Which is a gold edition bonus.

Agent Origins pack:
Paramedic/Firefighter/Police/Hunter (all which have a unique bag/weapon + skin)

Uplay Club rewards: Pretty much all of them.

I feel cheated honestly, i'm don't care about the items any longer cos i'm far too high level to take advantage of it, what i care about now is the money i spent to get those advantages early on.

but I'm missing my "Go Bag", "R6 suit", "Shortbows" items.

Same here, missing EVERYTHING, beta, pre-order, uplay rewards.. every. thing. Also, no e-mail with a code for the hazmat gear set. Come on Ubi, I defended you during The Crew debacle, for Watch_Dogs, even AC:Unity.. but this.... come on, guys... this should have been tested, and retested. This is the first time I've had a problem with Uplay rewards not showing up in the game, and I've been here since the original Assassin's Creed. Get your act together!

... but then again, both the weapon and backpack are just Lvl4 Green mundane quality items with one stat and bonus raised a bit (just looks different/specific). By the time you reach the vendor ingame, there's a very high chance you already have picked up better gear than that... which can make both items useless. Specially now when they are bugged / not there and by the time Ubi actually gives them, you'll be levelled far ahead already (well passed lvl 4), they'll be nothing more than trash to sell or dismantle for crafting parts.

The weapon should actually be a skin (at least). And the backpack should be blue quality and give 2 major stats, imo. At least the appearance items will still be usable for a longer time, even when given late by Ubi, but this was kinda of a waste of pre-order bonus (even if given in time).

Hell, both items should actually be one of the craftable designs at the base crafting bench, that would be also available for higher levels (at each +10 level), so you could continue to use the same weapon/backpack design if you wanted to, crafting a new one with a new level requirement and random stats, from time to time as you level up.

Figured I'd throw in another "no items post" I still don't have access to any of the reward gear either, no pre-order, no ubi-club gear, no other reward gear what so ever. Would be nice with more frequent updates from Ubisofts side of things as to when me might possible expect to see a fix for this.

Having issues as well. bought the GOLD edition and I am not even getting the UPLAY reward items nor the website mission outfits. Players that got the 60 dollar version have the items. which means Someone owes me 39 ****ing dollars...simple enough. Like someone else mentioned after you get to a higher level these items are worthless.

Yeah noticed when I redeemed the gold pre order that Uplay treated it as the standard edition. There is literally nothing on Uplay that lets you know. All it does is remind you that u used the code. But seriously it does look like its treating the game like you payed for a 130$ CND standard edition which is complete horse****.

I'm having the same issue. I got the Hazmat gear and the Shortbows jacket and cap that I claimed on Uplay, but I did not get the Agent Origins mission gear sets (firefighter, police, paramedic, village people, etc)

As soon as i unlock all three base zones, i get the shortbows cap and jacket, but nothing about the HazMat, weapons, equipment or clothes i should have for play beta, reserve, buy season pass or unlock other rewards.:confused:

should we feel lucky just because we can play at least?
this is the dumbest fail Ubisoft can make with this launch. If you need some betatesters i`m looking for a job.

"being aware" and "working on it" is something every company ever says when there is an issue, and whilst I don't doubt that they are in fact working on it; it would be nice if they could share some simple information, like for example why it happened, and when they expect that they may or may not have a fix for it.

I don't know how developing a game works exactly, but I imagine it's a lot of coding. So if they were to say, "there's an issue currently, between lines 13225 and 14433 that are causing the pre-order not to show up. Please wait while we fix this," that probably wouldn't shed any light on it. It's clearly an error somewhere and it's up to them to find out where it is and how to fix it. Also, whenever a company announces that they expect a release to happen at a particular time, when that time does come and they haven't fixed it, every person with anger issues is going to caps lock the crap out of them, demanding to know where the fix is. So you see, there's no perfect solution to the situation. Simply stating that they are working on it should be reassuring enough.

*sigh* What you fail to understand is that everyone with this issue just wants to be kept up to speed with what's going on, the lack of any -real- information is quite frustrating and it's a pattern that keeps repeating itself regardless of what company is in charge or what game it is.

Myself, and most likely anyone els that has experienced this in the past get frustrated when issues arise that probably shouldn't have been there in the first place, and in return diminish their gaming experience in a game that in every other regard is amazing.

The thing is idc if it's "only cosmetic" and doesn't really affect the game, i bought the Gold Edition and the National Guard Gear Set is supposed to be a day one unlock if you buy any other edition than the standard edition and the "we are aware of the issue" doesn't cut it for me, they've been saying that for at least 7 hours now. I wanna wear the clothing that was promised to me as day one unlock while playing through the main story and not after i've completed the main story.

The pre-order / season pass reward weapons are now worthless to me. Thanks for making me waste my money on this Ubisoft :(. I have leveled past the point of those items being useful to me now, because I did not want to be left behind while my buddies were leveling. Honestly, the only way this can be acceptable is if those items are exchanged with higher level or max level gear instead. As it stands the freaking season pass was a waste of money and basically misleading advertisement.

Only some "We are aware of the issue and are looking into it" stuff for like 7 hours now and some people trying to make us look bad cause we are complaining that we don't get our day 1 stuff that we paid money for.
I've been checking every 30 mins for six hours now if the guy has something for me but nothing, restarting Uplay or the modem or verifying the game files doesn't do anything.

Honestly, i feel very cheated about this. I rarely ever complain about a game but this is just crossing the line man. After all the hassle i went through to refund the regular version in order to get the gold edition just so i can get the national guard gear set, i'm very disappointed. Not only am i gonna be high level by the time i receive these "preorder bonus" but what makes things worse is that the national guard gear set will be available in game. It's not even an exclusive outfit for gold edition. Literally the only perk you get for the gold edition involving the outfit is that u will have access to it day one but that didnt even happen. By the time they fix it ill probably have access to the outfit in game >.>

What was the point of preordering if we're halfway done with the game by the time we get our items? Not to mention having to play through the beginning in hobo clothes.

Exact same issue and a failed ticket in the Uplay support in which the agent bailed out then tried to close the ticket. Now live chat is down...

Yeah all the stuff that should be there from the 5 packs (hazmat, and 4 agent codes) aren't, even the stuff I went onto the store and purchased aren't there, so frustrating, installed it last night let it updated and install patch while I was asleep. Woke up excited to play it but the **** isn't there. Any eta response from Ubisoft in regards to this issue would be called for. They should give us some sort of compensation for these issues. Considering the stuff is only good early game.

No rewards in the vendor at all. I bought a GTX 970 and got the game free but I wanted the extra rewards so I bought the Gold Edition along with it. What a crock this has been so far. I hope they (Ubi) will make this right, but like so many other companies, they will pocket our money but not fix what we paid for. Or the fix will come too late for the promised early use items.

The Rewards Claim Vendor is empty (PC). I have the Gold Edition and none of the outfits are available. I've redeemed some UPLAY points for some stuff from the UBISOFT Club and nothing is available in game. The Gasmask given to us from Beta Testing is absent as are the Agent Origins Outfits.

Has anyone been able to acquire any of these items at this time?

This seems to be a problem for a very large number of people who have purchased the Gold edition or higher package. Many of these users have been playing the game for some time now and the rewards they were to receive at the start will become useless at the current stage of the game that they are at. Hopefully all of these users will be compensated in some way... at the end of the day that is a lot of extra coin people dished out for something they did not get to take advantage of.

I was able to claim my outfits (National Guard, SWAT, etc.). However, I unlocked the Shortbows Sports Cap and Jacket from the Ubisoft Club and the vendor is not showing them to claim. I wanna unlock the skin too but I am scared that it will have the same problem as the latter items.

That's no excuse. Ubisoft spent the last two weeks bragging about the 6.8 MILLION PLAYERS in their open beta. Yes, that entire playerbase was not on all at once, but you'd think they'd have known and prepared for this. At the very least, they could give us some substance. "It's a coding error, we've got a team fixing it" or "It's an issue with server authentication" or whatever, not this cookie-cutter roboresponse. Not for something most players likely paid $99.99 for. You couldn't go to a mechanic with your car and get told "We're addressing the issue" when you ask about how bad the transmission was.

The launch was semi-disastrous. Not so bad, but still I couldn't play until at least 2 hours after release because of server errors and the like. Not even mad about that, I expected that. Which is fairly depressing to have to expect failure from a huge corporation like this, especially after bragging about how many people were in the beta. They KNEW this was going to be slammed...At least they recovered somewhat quickly?

Its the myriad of other, smaller issues like this that is unacceptable. Is it not our place to "accept" failure as okay. We paid for content we are not receiving. As a result, most of said content is being rendered useless, its only fair to expect compensation. Will we get said compensation? Probably not, because this is Ubisoft. They didn't compensate us when Assassin's Creed Unity was sending us flying into orbit and kicking us every two missions.

This issue is utter crap. With as many people as were working on this game and as many beta testers as they'd had...Seriously? Still falling through the map? That's been in since the first wave of the closed beta and you haven't even made it SLIGHTLY better?

Yeah I know, I paid for two copies of the gold edition, one for me and one for my father who has been anticipating release since 2013... so I spent $199.99 on a game which i am happy to be playing, but unhappy about not getting my pre-order bonuses.... Having an open beta has literally nothing to do with the rewards issue as the rewards vendor was not used in the betas. Please stop using "they had an open beta ffs" as a "legitimate" excuse to this direct issue...

Slowly exploring the city and reading the documents, I spent three hours got 10 level. Approaching the cache with additional content special edition I found that 70% of the content - is useless for me trash. Well done Ubi, well done. Interestingly, and what percentage of these things useless stuff for those who play from the very start the servers? How many hours it take? 12h? More or less?

1. Purchased clothing DLC on steam about 8 hours ago.
2. Logged into the game, items are not there.
3. Added the DLC code (from steam) in uplay client.
4. Tried to entire the same code again and it said it was already in use, so it did accept the first time.
5. Restarted the game, claim vendor still has no items.

Never got a code for the Hazmat gear, figured it was applied already since I did a digital pre-order. Which, is disappointing...I really wanted that one the most lol

Has anyone experienced receiving the email for the 4 gear set (AGENT ORIGINS) and then no code showing up in the email?! I have questions in to Ubisoft Support but they don't know what the issue is yet. I also still have none of my rewards showing up in the rewards vendor.

Some arrived but not all.

I got the GOLD pack items but nothing for the Pre-order.
I also didn't get the beta stuff which I should have qualified for.

I made a ticket because thats just not right..

I only got the Siege and Shortbows stuff but still no Other stuff... I got a closed beta key from geforce and didn use the beta key on the preorder so still hopes i get a key/ingame hazmat stuff

Same, purchase gold edition from Steam with nothing showing up at the reward vendor. My two other friends who purchase directly from Ubi seemed to have received partial rewards.

Same as everyone else by the time this issue is fix we will all be too high level to use the gear. seriously waste of money.

Just wanted to make this note. Rewards Claim Vendor is now working for me. I think though he's giving a lot more than I bargained for. Let me explain, when I went to the Vendor, he had all of my National Guard from preorder and Police gear from Agent Origins. However; he also had all the fireman gear, paramedic gear, SWAT gear, hunter gear, CBRN gear, etc. I don't know if I was supposed to gain all of it. So I just retrieved what I know I truly had access to (National Guard and Police) and left the rest there. Thanks for fixing the issue Ubisoft/Massive/Red Storm! By the way, I mentioned Red Storm there because they were a big help to us getting a PC version to begin with. At least, that's what multiple gaming newssites said. Out!

It's not. For me anyway. Was playing with 2 friends that got it while we where playing, still haven't gotten mine though.

I haven't gotten a damn thing in regards to my Hazmat appearance / cosmetic. EVERYTHING BUT THE HAZMAT STUFF. The only hazmat item I even remotely received was the freakin AR. Where's my cosmetic suit damnit?!

This fiasco never ends. Most of the rewards claimed by the uplay rewards are not there. Additionally, I received the SWAT cosmetic set when I shouldn't, I haven't got my hazmat set from my pre order neither my hunter set from the reward for posting 10 articles in the community intelligence(EU). Gold edition - PC here. All I say is that they try to make a temporary solution so everyone STFU and they are delivering wrong rewards in the process. It's not our fault they made so such different rewards from different sources.

When I first started playing nothing was showing up. A few hours in, I got a bunch of pop-ups telling me that my gear had been added.

However, the gear set that I was looking forward too the most, the police set, is still missing (along with the hazmat suit). Anyone else still missing certain items?

I also pre-orderd the gold edition from steam aswell and was part of the both closed and open beta, unlocked some of the stuff from ubisoft store and still had not gotten any message or anything that I could claim anything from the reward vendor by 9 pm (gmt+1) yesterday.
I read that some people are talking about a email with a code for some of the items, dont know if its just me but I have not recived any sort of email with a code to unlock anything other than the serial key on steam. Is this right?

It was for me too, I received the same message, and received parts of my pre-order, but not the full set. I'm missing my hazmat stuff. I only received the hazmat weapon. This fiasco has me outraged that I even dropped money on pre-order bonuses that were supposed to be "day-one" available, and have ultimately become day whenever the hell ubisoft decides its right items. Absolutely shoddy customer service, and launch standards. This is the new era of launching games, and its absolutely horrendous. This is the kind of crap that was UNACCEPTABLE 5-10 years ago. Now if a company does this, it's considered okay because "OMG GUYS THERES GONNA BE BUGS" which is fanboyism to the extent of ineptitude for the fact that this crap shouldn't be happening at all. Poor execution.

Totally forgot about the agent origins bundle. This is another part I'm missing. Thanks for reminding me. UBISOFT FIX THIS CRAP!

Anyone else having this issue?

The Rewards Claim Vendor is empty (PC). I have the Gold Edition and none of the outfits are available. I've redeemed some UPLAY points for some stuff from the UBISOFT Club and nothing is available in game. The Gasmask given to us from Beta Testing is absent as are the Agent Origins Outfits.

Has anyone been able to acquire any of these items at this time?

All come with a delay of 6-12 hours.

Where can I normally get the rewards for the gold edition? I con't see it where and how I can get it at the vendor in the first safehouse (brooklyn)

If you mean the operations base...there is an extra rewards vendor if you go through the door past the stairs straight on.

Still missing parts of different sets, the Hunter set (the one I am personally most hyped about) for example has only hat, shirt and pants, not sure about backpack and weapon, the jacket is definitely missing. Somehow got the S.W.A.T helmet though.. Will have to make a list of stuff I have and don't have..
Got an email about the Hazmat suit an hour ago but unfortunately at work at the moment, so no way to check.
Hopefully by the time I am home these issue will be fixed.
