I bought the game about a month ago, but after I start the game offline and select story mode, it remains stuck on "establishing network connection". I looked around online and saw other threads, but none seemed to have a solution. My computer runs on Windows 10, but tech support says that isn't the problem. they've been trying to help me, but nothing seems to be working Please help, I really wanna play this game!

I'm not sure what you've already tried but here're a few ideas I found on Steam.

Uninstalling Uplay - and only Uplay - then downloading the most recent one might help, according to this:

I'm also seeing the usual suggestion of running both programs as admin.

Have to tried disabling and enabling it?

Perhaps reinstall.
