I saw the question of Clank1Kid and the answer. Is it also possible to replay missions to complete the optional missions? I want to complete them for 100%. I've just started with rogue. Do I have to finish the memory completely to be able to replay it parts of it?

Yes, you can replay to get the 100%/Optional Objectives but, yes. you do have to complete the memory (and be back in free roam) first.
