On my P4 1.8, 256Mb system, a Radeon 7000 32 Mb outperforms a MSI Geforce 2 MX 64Mb DDR!! The frame-rate is much smoother, even on Comanche 4, which was designed for (get this) the GeForce chip.

How is that even possible?

How would I fix that? Get older Detonator drivers?

Get a real GEForce card. The MX series is not even a 4 series...it's a 2 or a 3 I forget which.
You need the Ti series to get a real GEForce4

Well, with all the possible hardware combinations PCs can have, some truly weird stuff can happen /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
You might try fiddling with the driver settings of your GeForce, or using different versions of the drivers (not necessarily the oldest or newest you can find. Weird problems require weird solution /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif ).

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.
