No. Just tired of reading pages and pages of mindless ranting and whining. If you wanna see him, he post's at SimHQ often. They at least respect him there.

Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.

He's probably pretty busy and I can totally understand that with something you've spent countless personal hours working hard on something only to have the nit picky stuff of it ripped to shreds with little to no regard to the work gone into it and you'll quickly not want to visit that place at all.

When I first started lurking here the writing was definately on the wall but I was very much intrigued that there was such a close community/developer relationship. Its rarely seen...this is largely why.

There's not only whining and ranting going on on these boards. There's alot of constructive and well founded criticism aswell, and surely Oleg must have expected that there always will be some unhappy customers? And there is no surprise that these kind of people usually make the most noise. Also remember all the users of this board aren't grown up's, and all grown up's aren't mature.
90% of the people here are happy and satisfied customers. And surely there are still things that needs fixing in this sim/game, I hope everyone realises that. And Oleg and team has proven to be dedicated in fixing and upgrading their product. The outcome of this is a sim/game that continues to be No:1!. And it keeps mopping the floor with any other game in the same genre.
I'm sad that the few but loud whiners have convinced Oleg that most people in here dislikes his product. As it surely isn't so.

Just my thoughts.

And Oleg, it's always great to see you in here! Keep up your excellent work! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

One VERY happy customer!

Dear Oleg,

It is great to hear you are alive and well!
Many thanks for your response at a very busy time for you.

We at the RAAF (some 60 pilots) look forward to buying the AEP expansion pack when it is in the shops.

We all love FB and the countless hours of fun it had given us, with many more to come with the expansion pack. I have learnt a lot about WW2 avaiation history and all the work that goes into building these flight sims through this forum/website.

Look forward to your return once AEP is done.

Many thanks

Salute

Kind Regards
