Hello riders!

With this post starts the new “Community-raised issues and suggestions” thread.

This forum is the opportunity for you to get yourselves heard, and it is also a great tool for RedLynx to understand better the community needs and preferences. I believe it is equally important that you hear back from what you shared with us. This is why I will update you weekly about what I transferred to RL teams.

The shape of this post might evolve in the next few weeks until we find the best way to present it.

BUGS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

No gift received => investigation
No ghost in ANBA => investigation
Leaderboads recalculation => work in progress
Connection to Uplay unstable/impossible => investigation
Issue to access the shop for iOS players => work in progress
General performance issues => work in progress
Loot Wheel freezes => investigation
Poll function in the forum => TBD with RedLynx because it involves changing the text colours in the whole forum


SUGGESTIONS

New event suggestions (Data Cuble, Gigatrack, Underwater, new story content, skill parcours)
In game achievements
More diversity/novelty in the Bunker Seasons, new rewards
Chose the image resolution in the parameters (linked to the global performance issue)
Extend the right-hand side of the map, so that it is possible to zoom further in
New use for the coins when all bikes updated
Trading bike parts with friends
Ghost review only (like in Trials)
Games stats
“Gift to all” button
Ghost (bot) available in the Slot Machine tracks

Hello everyone,

Here is the second "Community-raised issues and suggestions"!

BUGS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

Leaderboards loading slowly => WIP
Donkey starts the race not touching the ground => investigation, monitoring the impact on LB before taking any decision
Leaderboads recalculation => WIP
No rewards for Blitz Season 4 => Only the rarefied fuel should be missing - You can contact support if you have been impacted - Working on a fix for next season.
Game crashes after the update 3.8.0 => Please reinstall the game (don't forget to save your progress on Uplay first), it should solve the issue
General performance issues => WIP - long term project
No gift received from friends => WIP
Wrong medal time in Present Village => Solved - Live today!
2 different nicks ingame after changing nick on Uplay => Investigation
No gems rewarded after watching an ad => Investigation

SUGGESTIONS

New event suggestions : MEGATRACK!!!
The new Uplay button placement not user-friendly
Show an "info" icon on pop-up to chose "server" or "local" data in order to explain the difference. would avoid some mistakes after reinstalling the game
A button to "force" the LB actualization when back online
Alternative ways to win Golden Tickets

I've been a bit late with this thread last week, so I will give you two weeks topics in one post :)

BUGS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

Best Personal times not updated on the LB => WIP
No rewards for Blitz Season 4 => Support manually grants the rarefied fuel missing to players that contacted them - Working on a fix for next season
Game crashes after the update 3.8.0 => Please reinstall the game (don't forget to save your progress on Uplay first), it should solve the issue
General performance issues => WIP - long term project
No gift received from friends => WIP - do not forget to answer my question (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1360042-Not-receiving-any-Gifts-from-Friends?p=11318075&viewfull=1#post11318075) to help the devs understand better the issue :)

Manually placing the checkpoints, or bein able to chose to what check point we want to go back. Would be useful to practice on some specific parts of the tracks

Having separate leaderboards for Agent and Stallion bikes
