There is a BoE update patch coming out quite soon I believe. I'd wait for that if I was you.

There will be all new models of Mustang in existing career, plus a separate P-38 career, BF-110 interceptor career, Stuka D5 night bomber and a short, but, I hope, very enjoyable Me-163 career (for that we will have to wait till coming soon patch will fix a problem with it's engine)

Starshoy,
Thank you for your answers on shortly available Bf 110G-2 interceptor careers (& Ju 87D-5) + Me 163B in BoE. I am rather impressed with the product overall, and I feel that it is worth the money.

Apart from the above and the P-38 ground-attack career, will some other aircrafts that have been recently made available in Aces Epxension Pack be integrated in BoE as they should in a patch for BoE? I am particularly interested in some P-38s, P-51Bs & Cs, 1943-44 Spitfires LF.Mk.Vb (Merlin 50) 1944 (and hopefully later Typhoons and tempests when they are done) showing up as AI aircrafts for me to intercept in my trusty 109G-6 on the beaches of Normandy ! Could also possibly have some Luftwaffe offensive missions within campaign Bf 109s escorting AI Fw 200 on few anti-shipping raids attempted during the invasion ?? I know those had been mostly replaced (A-3s) with He 177A-5s by 1944 but.....

Many of the same new aircrafts AEP could easily show up in the follow-up campaings for BoE over Berlin, and the Ardennes.

Personally, I'm looking forward to a 1941-43 channel front campaign for the Spit V.

I think the FW-200 was relegated to transport roles by D-Day. But perhaps it saw use during the great Mediterranean convoys and invasions? Dress the Spit V up as a Seafire I and away you go!

I do know that the Luftwaffe threw in a unit of anti-shipping Ju-88c-6's against the invasion. They were slaughtered - quite a few by RCAF Spitfire ix's.

Whatever happened to that c-6 model in the works?
