Hi, ijust got this game from steam and when i opend it , its goes to black screen and never change .

My pc :
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz
R9 380 4GB
8GB 4

what vid driver are you using ?

the 15.11 beta ones will cause the game to hang on launch

make sure you have exited all background applications also before launching the game

also run both Steam as well as Uplay as Run As Administrator and verify your game files

and try to disable the in game overlays for both the Steam and Uplay client

if your not useing the Steam overlay.. disable it in Steam settings \ ingame
if your not useing the Uplay overlay in game... disable it in Uplay settings \ General

also make sure you have installed the updated version of the Uplay client , steam will sometimes install an out dated version

try other drivers ?

also make sure you shut off the AMD gaming Evolved Application it creates an overlay this game may not like

As WID suggested above ChenSwisa, your best bet is to contact our technical support team if his suggestions regarding updated drivers, disabling background programs and reinstalling haven't worked. Go here (http://support.ubi.com)to contact support.

You can also use the search function on the forum to see if others with similar issues have discovered workaround solutions.
