So I lost control of the email account which my Uplay account is attached to. I can login to Uplay but need to change my email asap.

Unfortunately to do so in the "settings" simply sends an email to my old account requesting authorization... which doesnt work since I do not have access to it anymore.

Any help?

That's interesting, since today I got an e-mail from UPlay

Our records indicate that you changed the following information:

Date of Birth
Email address

However no verification e-mail was sent to my Gmail address (with 2-factor turned on) and now my account is basically stolen with no response from support.

Hello, sorry to hear about both of you being able to unaccess your primary accounts. I highly recommend you call your regional support center (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/faq/9/3888/ubisoft-support-contact-information/kA030000000ee8ACAQ) so that they can help you get hold of your original accounts.

If your region does not have a call center, you can also create a support ticket at https://support.ubi.com, and if you contact between 9am-9pm EST Monday-Friday you can reach our chat support. But I do highly recommend calling our support team in cases such as this. Regardless, our support team should be able to help you out.
