She's a beauty http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/11.gif

"As weaponry, both were good, but in far different ways from each other. In a nutshell, I describe it this way: if the FW 190 was a sabre, the 109 was a florett, or foil, like that used in the precision art of fencing." - G√ľnther Rall

Probably one of the most beautyful things ever powered by a German engine!

Great work, thanks! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/11.gif

An italian dogfighter with a german heart, was the best thing that an axis pilot could desire in his war-life.

DM605 was a fantastic engine! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

You work looks really beautiful, thanks for spending so much time and effort to get it to this. I've been waiting for a long time to get to fly these and I'm sure a lot of others feel the same way. Bellisimo.

Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.
