I read over the Italian forum, then experimented myself:

He 111. Any multi-engine aircraft I guess.
Selecting one engine and acting on anything (magnets, mixture, pitch, compressor basically, maybe radiator as well) does sort the desired change, so that the two engines are set independently. Problem is, deselecting the first and selecting the second engine, the latter is instantly set just like the former, with the only exception of the throttle.

Is it a bug or a feature? :-D
