View Full Version : Rayman iOS content purchased but not delivered

I have a very frustrating issue with Rayman Adventures for the iPad. In short, bought the 5 EUR Starter bundle, have the receipt from Apple, but never received the content in game. Already contacted Customer Support via the in-game function, did not get any reply despite a commitment for an answer within 48 hours.

This happened on Sunday morning and I still don't have the content I paid for. Tried to 'Restore Purchases', but that didn't do anything either.

How should I proceed from this point on?

Please be patient, the customer support has a lot of tickets, they will get back to you and refund you :)

Any chance they will offer the starter pack again? I was just waiting for the kinks to get worked out as you guys erase my game several times. In fact my current profile 2939958 is at least the third or forth time I had to play the tutorial... Lot of time wasted and now I can't even get the basic pack now...
