Hiya, I had purchased Assassin's Creed Syndicate on Wednesday hoping to play it the following day, but three days later it still isn't in my account. It also says the serial number is in use from another account, but it is in my orders on my uplay shop, this is ridiculous! I need someone to help me because 50 is a lot of money for me..

When you buy the game directly from Ubishop it will automatically be activated under your account, you need to download UPlay from www.uplay.com (http://www.uplay.com), install and run and you will find the game into your library to download and play.

However, make sure that the filter on top is set to "All Games" not "installed" or "hidden" when you click on games. if you are sure that the game is not in your games library within UPlay client, please contact Customer Support, link is in my signature.
