Sorry if this has been posted before. I have tried to search for this topic in these slow forums for the past 5 minutes with every keyword but this is the message that I get.

Question is, why is there no overcast clouding in FB? I have tried the LoMac demo and also got a chance to play FS2004 and they all have overcast clouds. I am not saying that this game or the FB clouds are flawed, far from it. It's just that why couldn't it be developed?

clouds are pretty limmited in game, not anywhere near as good as FS9. But consider what the clouds alone in FS9 do to Frame rates.

I've played the LoMac demo with and with out full overcast clouds. No difference in frame rate.
