View Full Version : I don't see my game in uPlay

I activated Assassin Creed Syndicate on uPlay, it says it is activated but I don't see the game in my account anywhere. I tried activating the key again but it says it is already activated in my account but I just don't see it anywhere on the game list. This is not my first time that I am redeeming a key off uPlay, I have done it multiple times and this is the first time Iam facing this problem. Can someone help me with this?

Are you 100% sure you have redeemed a key for the game?

I have checked this account and it appears you have only redeemed a code for Special Edition Content and not the game?

We have had some reports that 3rd party key seller sites, have been selling DLC/Content keys without the main game - so users are redeeming just additional content codes - and are not getting the main game.

Please check the email from your retailer to ensure you have redeemed all codes - since you may have missed the code and if that was the ONLY code supplied to you - you should contact the retailer!
