View Full Version : Can't open the game

Hello,
I got the game for over a week now and I'm still not able to play it.
I've send a support ticket to ubisoft but still got no reply.
The problem is when I open the game the computer just does nothing anymore. The screen falls off and the pc doesn't respond anymore. I always have to do a hard reset...
I got an onboard graphics card, maybe that's the problem?

I"ve got about the same problem only the laptop does not crash after the black screen i get back to my homescreen

I installed the game from the DVD without problem, after that I restarted my computer and tried to play the game.
First a patch download message appeared telling me to download the latest patch. I click on download and the downloaded started but stopped after 20 sec.

I restarted the computer and clicked on play offline, the Uplay disappeared and nothing happened.

I am very disappointed by this bad quality software:mad:

I cant not launch my game and keeps crashing at phase 1, my system far exceeds the recommended requirements please help. Next avenue is a refund, thank you.

Processor: Intel I7 @ 3.6Hz
16g Ram
windows 10 64 bit w/ amd radeon R7 200 Series Graphic Card
