could you explain to me why my season pass is no longer available?

that question would be best answered by Ubisoft support ..and it would help if you posted to them which platform you own the game as well as your season pass on

Hello jojade74, and welcome to the forums!

After briefly looking over your account, I see all of the permissions for the season pass on your account. You should have access to it. But if you don't, I'd like you to try deleting the ownership file located in your Uplay install directory.

To do this, you will need to close the Uplay Client and navigate to the following directory on your computer- C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership

Delete all files located in this folder.

Note: If your Uplay client is set to offline mode, you will need to launch the Uplay client and game while connected in online mode for those files to be repopulated.

Please try that first! If that fails, WID992007 has great ways to contact support in their comment. :)
