Salute all,
My electrician at work ask me to post this.
He flew in Nam in '70-'71, with AmeriaCal Division, I-Corps, Khe Sahn, Laos. He was a Slick Driver- H model. He was woundering if there were any chopper sims out there that were worth a damn?? He said to say thanks for any info you all may provide..

the few that stand out for me would be

Gunship!
Enemy engaged.(Commanche vs Hokum)& Apache vs Havoc.
Longbow II. (has some problems with the latest Hardware and windows versions)
KA-52 Aligator.

there are also the Search and Rescue series of sims (Which would include Vietnam Medevac http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif )

I suppose it would depend on what your Buddy wants to fly.

I've always enjoyed Vietnam MedEvac, not much in the way of weapons but a nice simulator I think.
