Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone else has this issue? I pre ordered back in June, and the title was happily sitting in my uplay account - showing as a pre-order.

So....I just ordered the big ben box for AC Syndicate, and noticed that MMH 7 - has vanished from my Uplay account??

Order history still showing as submitted - any one else have this issue?

Same here! Glad it's not just me (or you Alex! :) )

Guess it's an issue with the new UPlay? Which is shiny! Very nice.

same thing with me, heroes 7 pre-ordered just disappeared, though I can see expired heroes 7 beta, can you please fix this one for me?

Same issue here. Thanks to this thread I checked on my preorder. It no longer shows in uplay nor my ubistore account. I guess I better contact support about this too.

Hey targetbsp, where does it show in your account? I got a reply back from support. Even though Heroes 7 no longer shows in my uplay account desktop app, and is missing from my order history at ubi.shop, they say the order is still valid. Should I be worried or contact them again?

In my Uplay Library, I only see H6 and the Expired beta from H7. The actual pre-order banner is not present somehow. Also, when I check 'Account information' I get a strange list under 'My Games':


What's the meaning of this?

I did, but Noxy gave an answer to it already :):

"It is totally normal don't worry :) Until you enter your key from the box you will not have any changes on your Uplay account since you only had a "beta" access activated on this one for now. Game and pre-order status will be unlocked with the same key :)". I pre-ordered the CE, which is a physical copy, so maybe it works differently from the Digital Standard and Deluxe editions.

same here,i pre order collector edition,but i can only see expired beta in my uplay
