Hi,
I am a new gamer.
I purchased AC Rogue deluxe from Steam on 6 Sep 2015.
When the activation key in entered , i get a message saying this key is for a another region, But all the other keys in the deluxe edition have been activated
I have received a ticket from UBI support but have not got a reply as yet.
Can you please help.

You didn't by chance buy it from a steam user did you? Because that has been known to happen. Otherwise Depending on your region I've found the best way to get support is to call them.

I would go back to steam support and Jonathon raises a very very important point... there are a few traders on steam who sell games in different regions to make a better profit.. they cause lots of problems and try to get around the rules... if you have bought this or received it as a trade from another user you definitely should contact steam support.
I hope Ubi support can help but they'll have less information than steam support .

if you purchased it directly from steam, then please contact Steam Support since they supply keys for different regions, if you bought a steam key from 3rd party seller then contact the seller that you bought it from.
