It's the Sunderland Airshow next weekend.

The Battle of Britain memorial Flight will be doing some flypasts, and the Sea harrier hovering off the cliffs at eye level is a must see if you like that plane!

The Nimrod could be cool if it does its acrobatics, seeing something that big do loops and stuff is very impressive.

It's a shame IMO that it's got so many jets, but if you're in the North of England and it's a sunny day, it's well worth the trip out http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Cool idea- if you live local or don't want to fork out on Farnborough Air Tattoo public display days which will set you back ‚£20.00-‚£25.00 a head (unless you are jammy and have free tickets, or live in Farnborough). Less traffic too http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

"As weaponry, both were good, but in far different ways from each other. In a nutshell, I describe it this way: if the FW 190 was a sabre, the 109 was a florett, or foil, like that used in the precision art of fencing." - G√ľnther Rall
