I'm interested in getting a drawing board for my pc, and I just wanted to know if there is some people out there who has any recommendations. Maybe those who has a drawing board could write something about them, brand and model.. pros, cons.. that sort of thing.

Also, I'm considering a Wacom Graphire 3 classic. Anybody have one of these? Kind of small active area (A6) huh?

I have one of the original graphire tablets. I wish it was bigger, but its better than not having one.

I like the ones with the lcd screens built into them, kinda pricey though.

Wacom are the bees knees i would try to go a bit bigger the one about 12 inch by 9inch of the top of my head or the size of a sheet of paper is about the best size and i dont mean toilet paper................ I have the bigger one the ultra pad A4 and it is 2 big you keep habving to move all over the desk to work on a little area, so never use it, i also have a little one...... hehehe... and thats 2 small to use comfortably, its made by esselte but is a re badged wacom and is unused bar trying it out.

Wacom tablets are the best things since the invention of paper.

The A5 is the ideal one (you don't want any bigger than that), but the A6 gives brilliant results for a lot less money. You won't go wrong with any of them. I use both everyday. A5 at work and A6 at home.

I was gonna say what`s this to do with FB? But as an artist I cannot... I just can`t. I`ve been thinking of getting one of these things too..

I doubt it`ll be better than good `ol pencil and paper though...
