Will the F2a have an arrestor hook like the early navy Navy and Marine versions?

The F2A WAS the "early Marine and Navy versions"... Why wouldn't it have an arrestor hook?

well, Buffalos historicly used in pacific were:

british and dutch B-339s ( http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums?q=Y&a=tpc&s=400102&f=26310365&m=147101095&p=1 ), they "based" on the F2A2 and had no arrester hook http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif . the were landbased fighters.

the only naval Buffalo in action was the F2A3 , with the marines at midway. sure this plane had arrester hooks http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
the F2A3 was reported as the worst performing Buffallo , it was to heavy !
"It is my belief that any commander that orders pilots out for combat in a F2A-3 should consider the pilot as lost before leaving the ground " Capt White

ups, forgott the B-339-23 http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
they were ordered from the Dutch, than used by the RAAF as defenders of western australia.
futunatly they never saw combat , because they were even worse performers than the F2A-3 http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

using used KLM DC-3 Cyclone engines. same power as finnish B-239 but over half a ton heavier !
