Yup it's what you think, blurb in Aeroplane Monthly, Quote

Flight Simulation has paralleled and supported the world of aviation since it's inception.
This technology is an integeral part of training through all disiplines of commercial, military and civilian flight.
Thanks to flight simulators, pilots now learn to fly and land passenger aircraft in zero visiblity, and practise low level combat missions without leaving the ground.
Rapid advances in computer chip technology have made flight simulation a billion dollar industry where reality is "Virtual".
It is a revolution that is transforming flying at every level from combat to the private pilot to the PC Video gamer.
Fight Of Sim charts the history of flight simulation.

Its a UK Discovery Wings Network Premier and will be shown on Friday January 30th at 18.00hr/21.00hr/2400hr.

Well I'll be watching it, just thought i'd let you all know about it too http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Good program. It's been on here (US) several times. My daughter flies heavies for the AF Reserves and 737s for one of the international airlines. She's tolerant of my twenty-year addiction to sims, but gently points out that my "high-end" PC and interface system aren't quite the same as the simulators she trains in. This program clears up that issue.

She's right.

Winning isn't everything;
It's the only thing!
