Can't customize any gear loadout AC Unity

As the topic, my selected customization wasn't change. Only thing that I can do was changing hole outfit.

What can I do ?

Can Ubisoft help me ?

Try to verify games file:

UPlay --> Games --> ACU ---> Arrow next to "Play" button --> Verify Game Files.

if its steam version then "Verify Game Cache" from steam.
