With the much anticipated release of the dedicated server, i'm sure (like me) many want to get one started up and running.. only problem is we've all had a two month dry spell in which no one has been running a dedicated server if they have patched up to IL2FB-AEP current.

I remember vaquely there were a few sites that had FAQ's, and how-to's on how to set up and customize dedicated servers, now's the time to refresh all our memories and post 'em up!
