Hello,

What will the approx. size of the patch be, when it comes out? My connection is not very speedy and i am quite curious.

Gryphon

The beta patch is about 103MB. Size of final patch unknown but somewhere around this number probably.

With that many new planes its to be expected.

56kers should all be used to this by now...have a piece of software so you can resume your downloads as it goes...

I'm in the same boat as you DeerHunter, British Telecom sucks.

I'm really looking forward to watching that download bar take about six hours to fill http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/35.gif

Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.

Buy a magazine like PC gamer or PC zone if the patch is too big.

They have patch libraries on the coverdiscs, usually with the latest patches on.

I get them both every month and they always put the IL2/FB patch on if theres a new one out.
