...we need parafrag bombs. Are these in the works?

What would the graphics engine have to do with takeoff's and landing? /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Anyways I would prefer a Pacific theatre addon or better yet a whole new sim based on it.

At the start of WW2 the German army lacked experienced anti-aircraft gunners. The average gunner was so bad that the USSR decided to help them out. They did it by forcing some of their pilots to fly I-153 flak magnets. These planes were slow but very sturdy. This allowed German anti-aircraft gunners to get a large amount of target practice on a relatively small number of planes. Thanks to the Soviets help, by the end of the war the German anti-aircraft gunners were amoung the best in the world.</center>

Since the deck would be above 'ground level' it is not possible. Duplicating a higher level such as a ship deck is not available...... that's
why when you crash or flip upside down you see half sky/half ground...

Its wrong opinion. FB engine can include almost anything. Just need real time....which we haven't currently

Interesting....it'd be an awesome treat if there was a carrier(s?) quietly included with the new Pacific map.

not the same as I was told when asking about it....if he says it can be done now then hopefully it will. I was told otherwise a few months ago...then again we may have lost it in translation... my understanding is it cannot be done due to the limitations said earlier. I for one would love a pacific theatre and carriers...only reason I have CFS2 still on my system /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Why not put the carrier at the surface then put water lower than the surface? You'd hit water even though you were graphically above it but that could be worked out by having high waves. So the waves would seem to nearly wash over the deck of the carrier. Not perfect but so what?

Parafrag bombs, not carriers.

Can we have parafrag bombs?

Aye...more munitions overall. We've got some planes in development and stuff that we have at present that could be filled out a little more.

YES! We need more weapons. Parafrags, Tiny Tim's (500lb Rocket), German smart bombs (Hs-193, Fritz X, etc), and HVAR's. Also would like to get both German and american gunpods.

The Boomerang and Beaufighter (esp Mk. 21) would
be good additions to the pacific set too, just
to remind people that the Commonwealth was also
involved!

The Zero is comming. All we need now is a Hellcat or Corsair/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif I can live without the carrier if the argument would be we should not get these planes because the game engine don't support carrier takeoffs and landings. Give me a small island in the Pacific with a runway and that would be good enough for me/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif
