I think a lot of people will fall into the third option.

There are some differences of opinion-interetation of data ect- between simmers and Oleg 'n' crew.

Still...there is only one great flight sim atm, that is this one. Worth every penny even if I do disagree with certain aspects of the sim.

I don't see the difference between options 1 and 2.

I would combine 1 and 3. Still room for improvemnt. Still the best hands down as well.

I always have just enough fuel to arrive at the scene of my crash.

Well it is certainly the best, but it is also worth noting that there is NOTHING else at the moment to compete with it. So it is both the very best and the absolute worst at the same time. I like FB/AEP overall but it has been developed very sloppy with too much emphisis on adding in prototypes rather than making existing planes work right. I would be willing to pay $20 for an addon that adds not one single plane or map. All it would have to do is completely redo ALL damage models so that they are realistic, add campaign support for all planes and upgrade some of the not so well done cockpits.

I build COOPs and DF maps. If you would like some of them you can get them atmy COOP page (http://www14.brinkster.com/triggerhappy770/default.htm)

I/JG1 Oesau is recruiting axis pilots who prefer to fly maximum realism. We accept both veterans and rookies. We fly in VEF2, VOW and may join other online wars in the future. Go to our forums at http://www.jg1-oesau.org/ for more details and to apply.

I have never been much of a mudmover, but with the bf-110 (an a/c I've always admired) and the gunsight correction in the patch, this is pure fun and I'm enjoying myself.

For the future, I can't wait to get my hand on the j/s and try a carrier landing with a Corsair.

There is a problem with the third option, the game is the best in the world of course, but as everything else in Creation its not perfect, so...

I like the game and the developers get slandered far too much (its not even criticism).

This sim is hands down the absolute best WW2 sim on the market today. Name ANYTHING that even comes close to FB. Anything. You cant because it doesnt exist. Thats what kills me about all the people who say FB is nice BUT.... there is not ONE WW2 COMBAT FLIGHT SIM THAT COMES ANYWHERE NEAR THE COMPLEXITY,SCALABILITY,GRAPHIC QUALITY,FMs,DMs,PROGRAMMABILITY AND OUT OF THE BOX PLAYABILITY OF FB. NOTHING.
Many of us have just become spoiled by the support we get from Oleg & 1C. Here we have a 2 day old patch... with MANY of the issues raised by the community addressed.... new planes.... new maps..... and STILL......STILLthere are people who have room to complain. It boggles the mind. I think mosy=t of us though know the deal and appreciate this gem we have.
