Although it's my all-time favorite prop passenger plane barely qualifies as a WWII a/c. Although first developed in 1939 only 15 were delivered by the end of WWII.:

quote:
Work on the project began in 1939 when several United States airlines signalled their requirement for a 40 passenger airliner but by the time the first prototype flew, on January 9, 1943, the US was deeply involved in war production and the aircraft emerged as the C-69 transport. Fifteen were delivered from an order for 180 by VJ day in 1945.

With so many other planes not represented in FB (which ought to be IMO) I don't see a need for it.
Just my 2 kopecks worth.

Don't laugh too hard. We need Flyable Ju~52 over the FB like right NOW

C~124 would be better as Flyable military prop transport for Oleg's 1950-1965 jet sim...

http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-happy.gif Thanks for the Link HH Beebop on the Constellation.
Many years ago my father and I would visit Logan Airport and watch the Constellations flying in and out. Wow... imagine doing that now...I don't think so.
The Constellations have a look to them... like they just want to fly. Beautiful Lines... Sleek and Slender!
Again Just a Thought! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-surprised.gifLexx_Luthor... Your right... a flyable Ju-52 for Air Drops over 1940 Holland or an attack againest Malta or Crete with our Mediterranean Sea Map is more important!
