I don't need to read the readme.

I don't need to double-check my observations and rule out user error.

I don't need to present tracks of any of my observations.

I don't need to present sources for where my assumptions are coming from.

I don't even need to take the time to relearn the modified CEM or get used to the new FM.

Ten minutes with the new patch is more than enough for me to pass judgement because on my first try my fav 109, I couldn't out-turn that I-16 as I expected it to. This patch is crap!

Yes, I am an ace, I am 1337, I posted the bug first and I am right!

Touche Ivan, touche!

Re: CEM, in beta08 while trying to get the best out of my F-4 I found that the rpm range where best performance speed-wise was gained had shifted slightly. Further given that Oleg mentioned that the CEM was tuned more precisely as a part of the patch fixlist I wouldn't be surprised that it plays a part in some of the strange results a lot are reporting.

The point is, whether or not it plays a part, there is no way in hell a normal FB player would be able to tell, for sure, diddlysquat about the patch. Until people take the time to double-check their findings they should hold judgement. It's stupid and counterproductive to just blurt out rash statements. If you think about it, if only half the reports being made are true, then there must be like 10 different versions of patch 1.1b floating around!!! /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif

We have all the time in the world to test and fly FB 1.1b, no need to report all the "bugs" in the first hour - I assure you that more than 90% of them will turn out to be baseless crap.
