Just played offline vs I-16s and noticed that after I got pelted bad-at least 6 or 7 hits I wanted to check the external view and behold; no damage! Not one bullet hole or anything. I noticed that after I hit the I-16s they had a number of holes and you could really tell they were damaged. No damage to G.50s I wonder if this is a bug.

Anybody else notice this?

lol. I thought all planes had the same DM. Guess not. When the I-16 gets damaged, it really looks cool with holes in the wings, ect. But the G--.50 nothing.

many planes dont show any damage from mg's only cannons.

Pll
cr42
g50
and so on

and 50cal mg's also show only minor damage on many ac.

Shoot a wing of a G50 and it really looks stupid.

You can see the pilot through the gap and the G50 doesn't have an engine, the engine compartment is completely empty.

Also at a certain angle you can see through entire plane as if both wings are gone.

From the looks of it the entire G50 is just a husk with no details modelled inside or a detailed damage model either.

If you loose a wing it's a clean break off, like they cut it loose with a laser cutter.

LOL!http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif I wonder what the odds are of us getting a complex damage model on the G-50??

I tried G.50 online for few times and noticed
that I got very easily control damage or pilot got instantly killed (fire coming from back) when fired at with rifle caliber weapons. It felt like bullets were sucked into the cockpit. Being so easily killed seems wierd because this plane should have pilot armour, according to sources.

Looking outside you can't really see this damage though.

Maybe one happy day we'll get complex dm for G50, maybe when we get more italian figters?
