Blackouts can be exploited, so you may as well turn them off and give everyone an equal playing field.

Gravity too. Easily exploitable. Turn it off.

Please explain to the completely ignorant (me) how this exploit is used?

By turning your lift vector to align with gravities vector the 2 vectors combine to give you super turn performance. This cheat works particularily well in the 109 but it is exploitable in all aircraft.

I dont understand Lunix.

I do ok without using any exploit.

So you mean i could actualy make it so that the P-51 dosent black out soo much?

Hi,

Lift vector summing with gravity vector? You mean rolling onto your back and pulling 'up'?

I dunno about this - one minute there's harping on about cockpit on being more realistic then it's about turning off black-outs because that is "unfair" and unrealistic.

It's only 'unfair' if identical aircraft exhibit differing black out tolerance..otherwise, it's not like for like.

Does this have anything to do with the P51 by any chance? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Methinks Lunix is pulling ya leg.. vectors my eye!

But it seems there's a difference in the amount of Gs one can pull in different a/c before blacking out.

I guess baldo was talkin' about that.

We can always have them replaced at The People's Collective Hip Replacement Center. You know that old Soviet assembly line-style surgery. Do one operation over and over again till you can do it in your sleep.

The only Blackout exploit I'm aware of is eliminated by turning externals OFF (Cockpit ON of course).

I've never considered it before. Blackouts have always interfered with the beauty of wonder woman view. Thanks Baldie
