Sailing around in a ship is great and all, but in earlier Assassin's Creed games, I used to spend hour upon hours running on rooftops, killing guard for no reason, and syncing viewpoints.

Havana and Kingston are the two big cities of the game. As to which is bigger, I'm not sure. You do have Port Royal on the other side of the bay to take into account in Kingston, where the fort is.

Streets in Havana are much narrower and buildings are packed closer than Nassau and Kingston. If you include Port Royal as Kingston, I'm sure it is a bigger city in the game.
After completing the storyline, I usually spent most of my 'city time' in Havana, and it also did feel quite big for me, and looked better than Nassau and Kingston, but all are great cities. :D
