Incredible stuff Veltro, thanks for your hard work. I can't wait to try the Lightning and the Greyhound. Amazing shots, can't thank you enough. I think they will both surprise some people with what they are capable of.

Then thank whoever is responsible for me, and do it heartily http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif. Thanks for keeping us up to date.

Imagine what these planes could have accomplished if allowed to develop for another year or two, I know they had some very encouraging results with initial testing of upgrades and I'm sure it would have gotten even better. An awesome airframe design to be sure.

Right, Radek kindly gave me his model (that's almost done) and his amazing skins. It's all in the hand of the modellers right now http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
I want to personally thank him for his generous help. He will be kept informed step by step on the work progresses.

They look great http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

But - the Veltro's paint colours are slightly wrong. Like Luftwaffe fighters of that time, the 205V's were painted in RLM 74/75/76. This is basically two grey tones over a light blue undersurface - for example, the Bf109F-4 and G-6 in FB/AEP has these colours. These colours aren't greenish-blue as seems to be suggested by these screenshots.

Abraxa

You are right Functio. As Veltro told before, those are old screenshots. The 205 ANR skin (Adriano Visconti's 18-1) on which Luki is currently working on is RLM 74/75/76, as it should be.

Jokes apart, these birds in this formation DO look menacing!
The Macchi (both 202 & 205) are a must for a future patch!

Always liked Italy, having family from the country. I also liked a lot of their weapons during WWII, this just reinforces my belief that they made some beautifully deadly planes in the end, just not enough of them.

Lovely. Can't wait for this one either. I've always like the Italian planes...
