View Full Version : Help I cant start the download on AC Rogue!

When i try to start the download i get an error mesage saing that i ether dont have internet conection or disk space, i have both. What should i do?

Please help!

Just bought the deluxe edtion and got this error as well.

Problem was solved for me with this solution (the root-problem) from Ubi-Cain:

2 things for you, hopefully the first is the cause.. and subsequently the solution.

1. Uplay currently has issues installing games to the root of a drive. ie. Selecting "D:\" as your installation drive will likely result in this Error.
If you create a new folder here like say "Games" and then install the game to "D:\Games\" then that would resolve this issue... if that is indeed the cause.

We'll be fixing this in a future release.

2. If the above is not that case then could you please share your launcher_log with us so we can better track down the issue.
