I forgot to add, I am partial to either a glass (or three of beer) or a good Scotch whisky http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

I've actually fallen off my chair while flyinghttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
you can really talk about immersion when your under the influence. I had to velcro my stick to the desk because I get so agitated, but that onlu resulted in me buying anew stick http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Why can't we have both alcohol and women and alcohol andd FB? Don't limit yourself, brother!

I find the list of intoxicants in the poll interesting....as a student, I guess you might say, of US pilots in the European theatre, I note that English pub life, and with it lagers and ales, were new and interesting diversions to US fighter pilots stationed in England. I also note that in most books and movies about US fighter pilots in WWII, a bottle of whisky or blended scotch is always around...Myself I enjoy Scotch whisky, Glenmorangie prefered http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Chuck_Older,

the list of intoxicating beverages was compiled in a calculated and scientific manner whilst under the influence of random quantities of alcohol. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/mockface.gif

Any relation to events, real or imagined, is purely coincidental. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-sad.gif I just have tall glass of water or Tea. 99.9% of the time. Although I was on the otherday and consumed 1 Bottle of homemade Blackberry wine. And I'm no Ace so I wasn't able to vote http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Someday when I'm able to get my hands on TrackIR, I'm also going to get one of those hats with a beer holder on either side of it, with the tube that goes into your mouth. Then all I have to do is put a TrackIR sticker on the front of the hat and I'm all set. I'll be able to fly and drink at the same time, for a little while anyway http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif. If I run out of beer, I can simply have my wife reload the hat for me so I don't have to stop playinghttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I had to stop drinking and flying IL2 . I kept waking up in the junk yard of our local private airport in a junked piper cub with an iron cross painted on the side http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I believe the alcohol and women modelling are included in one of the add-ons.

Being shot down by your women for your poor perfomance is a lot worse than being shot down online.

I get a limp stick if I drink to much and i cant find the lever to work the flapshttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
