View Full Version : Overmodelled TB-3 cabin glass

The cabin glass is obviously too strong. I mean if Oleg and co. can model the pencil rolling in the cabin how come I can nosegrind the TB-3....

I tested it out accidently when braking on dirt and the thing nosedived into the ground really fast. I luckily saved the engines before damaging them and managed to steer it back onto the runway. Once I had it lined up I gunned it and at 80kph the tail was pushed down and she levelled out, allowing take off. The abrasion that the nose glass withstood was pretty intense. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif

Maybe this could be fixed for the next patch? /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Oleg Maddox and his team must be absolutely fed up to the back teeth with requests like this. The guys have done their best, they can't get every single detail in the Universe correctly modelled, It's a bloody game, OK ! The Patch is free ! There are too many pedantic messages like this. If I was Oleg I'd just walk away.......

Yeah but the smilies should have been a dead giveaway...

OK, E-JET. My apologies. You must admit though, we 've seen some ridiculous requests to Oleg over the past few months, and with so many ppl complaining (rightly or wrongly) about the patch, perhaps now was not a good time. :-)

Oh yeah, ain't that the truth.

You are right, people do seem a little edgy at the moment, I put it down to all the excitement. I reckon its a lot like christmas for a lot of the "kids" around here hehehe, such huge expectations and a lack of true understanding of the gifts we are given.

Cheers!

While we are on the subject, how come no matter what I do I cant get the pencil to roll off the table. And the gunners, even on the coldest winter days I cant see frost build up in their nostril hairs?
