Save GAME LOST. I like to have my save game back. I've been playing this weekend and my save was deleted. I have 2 consoles and on both my save was not recovered. Please, I have a whole made progress and do not want to lose it, because I've played a bad game.

Hi,

If you require support - which it appears you do, then you need to contact the support teams via the website - the forums are not a replacement for doing this and can only offer basic advice from community members.


Since this is save game related - it maybe something support can help with - though it depends on the reason for it disappearing - we might not be able to help with faulty hardware / XBL errors- or - corrupted transfers using USB - however please feel free to contact them and enquire.

And - please do not go back and edit posts to bypass the swear filter - it's there for a reason and bypassing it is against the forum rules.

I do not believe in disregard of ubisoft. The solution was to return my save game of the day 03/14/2015, or before. There was a mistake made by me and could solve easily. I opened a complaint and Ubisoft did not give me answer. I hate Ubisoft.

Unfortunately, if your save file is not available in-game, there is no way to recover the data. There are a number of things that can cause this issue, and it is extremely difficult to troubleshoot the root cause. In this case, you will need to start a new game.

We have forwarded similar instances up to our development teams for further review, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Please let us know if you have any further issues.



I'm glad to know that there is a subsidiary of Ubisoft in Brazil, so I can sue for damages! Just cancel my purchase and I will not be forced to open a lawsuit for damages. It's your choice.

I went back on unity after uninstalling it because there was too much room and the saves were all gone. I checked Ubisoft and it turns out my saves were saved there but not in the game. Could you please help me?

As @Mr_Shade said above, posting on a forum is unlikely to reveal a solution for your save game issue.
