Unity Villa Quests

Hello,

On Initiates I saw a badge about completing all Unity Villa Quests with the avatar of Bellec. However, where do I find these Villa quests? I completed the main game and Dead Kings and didn't find it anything. :s

They are in the villa (theater). A woman is sitting on a table in the cafe area and you can talk to her for missions. It may not unlock, because I have done all the missions in Unity and he is still locked for me.
