I always use the latest, never had a problem with any of them.

I wouldn't join any club that would have ME as member!

Majority seems to be using the leaked beta 4.7 Cats. Personally, I'll wait until the official release, using 4,6 right now.

Got my new Radeon 9800pro yesterday and went straight in at the deep end and installed the leaked Cat4.7betas.

All I can say is WOW! Perfect settigns with no glitches! (I could never run perfect before)

I'm also using the beta 4.7's with no problems and good performance. I'll swap them for the official drivers when they come out, but I won't go back to older drivers anymore.

Agree with Jasco. With the X800XT everything works beautifully at 1200x1600 EXCEPT flashing in perfect mode. I've heard that the 4.7s get rid of that but I'll wait for the final version rather than use a beta driver.

I'm usually wary of betas, which is why I won't use the leaked beta AEP patch.

BUT the leaked beta ATI 4.7 Cat drivers are amazing! I was floored by the improvement!

If you aren't using them, there is no reason to wait. They work fine. Not a single thing to complain about.

My only question: What took them so long?

IF you're wary of the beta 4.7, put the OGL package into your FB directory. If you don't like the performance, delete it and no harm done. If you do like the performance, install the full package and take advantage of TAA in the CP.
Pretty simple.

I'm using the full set and made a cat feedback report to ATI.

I am using the 4.7 beta with full satisfaction.

Its the best.

Waiting for official drivers from ATI hardly means you won't have problems. Otherwise we wouldn't need all these new drivers.

I look to see what guys are saying about drivers before I install them. I read nothing but positive posts on the 4.7 drivers, so I went with them. It was a good move.

Still using 4.1's with good performance. Tried the 4.7 ogl in FB main folder and it looked good. Will wait for official 4.7's to come out, but from what I've seen on the posts 4.7 betas seem to be Great !

Until the 4.7's and those rock, excellent is superb. The odd fractel stuff on perfect online. But...perfect ruins online play for those without uber connections, so excellent...is excellent!

edit: I meant the 4.6's
edit: part duex, I'm going to try the 4.7's now after reading this post

I use 4.6s. I don't run perfect water. I have never had a FPS problem with my system. I always run Blk Death trk to test. FPS has veried a little since 3.8s when I first got my 9800. Each versions eye ball seems to get a little better. Official 4.7s will be here next month http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

4.7's. Best driver I've used and I have ried them all including the Omega and DNA versions. Perfect is perfect.

I use 3.2 with my 9600 Pro. The one that came with it.

I tried a lot of the new drivers a while back but had problems with screen freezes with all of them.

I get 40 to 100 fps with 3.2 in excellent mode so I am happy not to fiddle with it anymore.
